1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Saling Baur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Saling Baur provides a social media analytics platform that integrates with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads) to deliver audience insights, engagement analytics, competitor tracking, hashtag intelligence, and related reporting features.

3. Account Registration

To access the platform, you must register an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account is subject to approval by platform administrators before full access is granted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Meta’s platform policies.
  • Attempt to access data or accounts belonging to other organizations or users.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation or security features.
  • Resell or redistribute analytics data to third parties without authorization.
5. Third-Party Integrations

Saling Baur integrates with Meta’s Graph API and other platform APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions. Saling Baur is not responsible for changes, limitations, or discontinuation of third-party API services.

6. Data and Analytics

Analytics data is fetched from connected social media accounts and is stored for your organization’s exclusive use. While we strive for accuracy, analytics data is dependent on the availability and accuracy of third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all metrics.

7. Intellectual Property

The Saling Baur platform, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Saling Baur. You retain ownership of your account data and analytics. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saling Baur is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or third-party API failures.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may discontinue use of the platform at any time. Upon termination, your data may be retained for a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
